Every year we go to Walt Disney World for a week. It’s in Florida. We stay at the Grand Floridan Resort & Spa. It’s a Victorian style hotel and really pretty. My favorite park to go to to is the Magic Kingdom. The Magic Kingdom has more rides to go on than any other park. My favorite is Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin. Buzz Lightyear has two famous sayings “To Infinity and Beyond” & “Space Ranger”. When you go on Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, you get in a car with 2 guns, obviously fake guns & you shoot at the targets. The more targets you hit, the more points you score. The parade that I love at the Magic Kingdom is called the Move It, Shake It, Dance & Play It Street Party! During this parade you get to go out in the street and dance with the characters.
My favorite ride at Epcot Center is Test Track. The BEST part of Test Track is the last test when you go up to 65 mph on a wall sideways. Our hair gets messed up & we laugh a lot. A few years ago we got stuck on Test Track between the hot & cold rooms & the fire department had to come to get us off. We always visit the countries in Epcot Center. We go to Mexico, Italy, Japan, China & Norway. I like the silver jewelry from Mexico. We eat dinner in the Italian restaurant in Italy. The name of the restaurant is Tutto Italia Ristorante.
We go to Downtown Disney for dinner at an Italian restaurant called Portobello Country Italian Trattoria. Then we walk around and go shopping.
Sometimes we go to Universal Studios or MGM Studios. At Universal, there’s a ride called The Cat In The Hat that I went on years ago & I don’t really remember what it did. The Cat In The Hat is wheelchair accessible.
I always have fun on vacation, but it’s good to come home.
